Bacon Egg and Cheese: A Taste of New York Right in Brandon, FL

We got the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with salt, pepper, and ketchup and loved everything! The bacon was perfectly crispy, the cheese was melty, and the warm Kaiser roll tied it all together. We also shared a hash brown on the side, which hit the spot. It’s such a win having a New York-style breakfast sandwich spot nearby. Don’t skip their iced café con leche either - it was absolutely delicious. Everything was top-notch, and we’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you!!!

By far the closest to a real NY egg and cheese on a hard roll that I have found in Florida. Those who know, know that it’s the water that the rolls are made with that makes the difference. The water in the NY area is just better than other areas, and the rolls taste better and have a different texture. Maybe this place imports them… lol. I will definitely be back for more.

No NYC inspired breakfast is complete without coffee served in the iconic blue-and-white "Its Our Pleasure to Serve You" cups. The coffee is bold and strong—perfect for jumpstarting your morning. The classic breakfast sandwiches are served on a fresh roll, with crispy bacon or savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and gooey cheese. The balance of textures and flavors is spot-on. The Chopped Cheese is perfectly seasoned and juicy chopped beef patty, melted American cheese, and grilled onions on a hero roll, just like you’d get in a Harlem/ bodega. It’s greasy in all the right ways and bursting with flavor.

A true GEM right here in the Brandon area. I can’t speak for the other locations but this place always SLAPS. They never get my order wrong and always on point with the time frame as to when to pick it up. I’m more of an order ahead type of person so it’s beautiful to show up and have your food is ready to go. I would of course recommend the Bacon egg’n cheese cause it’s simply too good. Y’all go show them some love !

LEGIT! Nothing was mediocre about their food or service! I got the Churasco sandwich (pictured below) and their bacon egg and cheese. I can be quite a food snob, so it is pretty tough to impress me. It was soooo good. However, every ingredient in these sandwiches was of quality and you could tell they put heart into making everything! This place is a gem. Best decision I made. I will try the chopped cheese next time. This place deserves to be placed in the pantheon of Tampa food carts. It must be that nyc bread.

This is a hidden gem! Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Made to order, hot and fresh, not too heavy. They have a shaded area with tables to sit and eat. Highly recommend!

Tasty breakfast sandwiches, we had sausage, egg and cheese and NJ pork roll, thin slices of ham that go perfectly with fluffy fried eggs and tons of melted cheese on a nice Kaiser roll! The iced cafe con leche comes sweetened already

This place is a love letter to my home up north! When they say New York style, they mean it. I knew I was in the right place when the menu said sandwiches were served on a "hard roll." Music to my ears! We had the bacon egg and cheese and the churrasco and they were both great. Lots of bacon- no two or three skimpy strips here! You'll find these guys in the back of the market area and there are tables for eating outside if that's your wish. Add a cup of coffee in a "Greek diner" cup and you'll swear you can feel the subway underground. We'll never skip breakfast again!
